Cancellation Policy
1/2 DAY RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the date of the retreat, your payment will be returned to you, minus a $20 service fee.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days and more than 48 hours before the date of the retreat, 50% of your payment will be returned to you.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the date of the retreat, no refund will be made. Your payment will not be returned to you; however, you may transfer your reservation for this event only to another person.
OVERNIGHT & TWO NIGHT RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the retreat start date, your payment will be returned to you, minus a $40 service fee.
- If you cancel your reservation 30-60 days before the retreat start date, 50% of your payment will be returned to you, minus a $40 service fee.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be made. Your payment will not be returned to you; however, you may transfer your reservation to another person.
